I took the women's care package at SMRC that covers all the basic tests for women. It was very well catered to, so as to covers all the necessary exams for the health of a woman. The doctors we met were professional and conducted all the exams with care. Nothing felt rushed. The nurses who took my blood for tests were very delicate, understood that I had a slight fear of needles and treated the situation accordingly. All in all, I'd recommend it for an overall health checkup
We are staying near this hospital since 1992. For any and every thing we would first visit here. In 2012 when my father had a brain stroke we got him here and he was admitted for over 2 weeks. In 3 months his stroke effects completely reversed. The entire experience was pretty good on par with big hospitals in Bangalore (I am working in Bangalore for over 10 years). Most doctors (visiting and residents) are quite good and the hospital has good pathology and radiology labs. This is very clean and hygienic place which is great in a tier 3 town in India. There is also lot of parking space unlike other hospitals. They accept AXA and Alliance (these are ones i have used here before) health insurance cards. The management and the payment counters could be faster and the pharmacy should have more medicines. Also the cafeteria could be better. All in all with nearly 30 years of experience I would rate this hospital 4 points.
The staff is so arrogant and rude, the lady who answers the phone hung up on me twice. Then she transferred to a nurse who didn't even know what a buddy splint was and then she's like "you figure out if you want to come here or go elsewhere". Absolutely disgusting. This establishment has been founded through fraudulent acquisition of land and it reflects on how they treat their patients charging exorbitant amount and delaying stays providing false claims so that the final number on the bill is in their favor. Honestly, would never go here if I wasn't ever desperate.
My friend got admitted for covid. Dr. Gyan vikas was professional in his approach and after speaking to him I felt he had a vision for the patients he is treating. Hospital is maintained clean and neat.
One of the best and clean hospital. I was operated for appendix burst and received amazing help and service here. Doctors and nurses were good.
