From Appointment to Doctor advice all are very good and systematic. And Sisters all are very kind, caring and polite in explaining the cause. Also more kind to senior citizens and giving proper guidance even if they uneducated. This not the first time experience, this is my second time experience after 4 years, in Salem Aravind hospital. Affordable cost. Thank you for the service. But only cons is, parking facility for 4 wheeler is not available.we have to park outside.

Dr. Anuja is a nice person and taking good care of the patients and ready to explain even silly questions without loosing the cool even when there are too many patients to be handled further. After the visit I feel really comfortable and confident. She was explaining things in detail which is making us more comfortable with her to get the doubts cleared in detail.heartfelt thanks to her. Only one concern is longer waiting time which may be pretty difficult to address as there were too many patients to handle. Otherwise overall service is good and worth to wait and get your eyes tested.
