Very interesting books are available. One must go to the library and gather information. It is situated at the bank of Dighalipukhuri, a park. Reading book is easy and simple.
Nice place to read. Has a good collection of assamese books. The bangla book collection is a bit low.
It has peaceful environment and it was very grateful experience....!!!
Guwahati district library doesn't have a laptop charging point, the officials allowed to bring the laptop, but denied charging, no wifi, I mean this library is way beyond in time. You can't take your own books, insensitive staff. And your work is not at all important to them. The staff is just there to open doors and switch on lights fans.
