Hospital is nice for quick visit, I took my mother for check up, doctors were quite rude to deal with anyways might be looking after too many patients they get irritated at times.

Pathetic services, specially there accounts department (TPA), I told them we need to do blood transfusion as my mother is suffering from cancer and told them I have FHPL insurance, after that there accounts department staff named Suresh admitted us in super deluxe room and provided all kind of unnecessary services that were so costly and not required and proactively told me you don't have to worry your insurance will pay us. After couple of days when transfusion was done he called me and said your claim has been rejected, I aked him why did you recommend us for super deluxe services, he said he thought insurance will pay them, total bill was 16165, but they were claiming 23k to insurance but as they denied after that his tone was changed and he started being rude and said if you pay today you will be discharged else you have to pay for one more day. I went to one of my relatives and took money to pay them. That person Suresh is really pathetic and he started speaking rude and showed unprofessional behaviour. I will never recommend any one to go that hospital. They only care about money they don't even look at the patient.
