Poor time management by the doctors. Mr Frank Davis visiting hours are from 2.30pm as per the board but he comes in his own sweet time. The receptionist asked us to be available before 1pm but the doctor came at 3pm. And no, this is not about having an emergency. This has happened multiple times. They are simply wasting people's time thinking patients do not have anything else to do other than wait for hours for their doctors to come as per their availability. I'm not asking anyone to change their timing according to the patients but do not give false information and let the patients wait for no good reason. Punctuality is important for doctors and hospitals but sadly it's missing here. Fix the time slot and make sure the doctors are in for those hours except for emergency of course.
The hospital is neat and kept clean. The rooms are spacious enough to stay. Good canteen facility. All were wearing face mask in the hospital. Treatment is good.
Very clean, and good doctors. Staffs are kind and have patience. They help you in all activities including insurance claim

Tooo much amount is charged for patients. Money minded people, calling themselves as giving service. Worst experience ever. Please stop calling yourselves as christian institute. I am truly ashamed to have believed yourselves as christians and come for treatment.
