Visiting Apex hospital means inviting death. We came from gurugram on the call of Jaideep Rathee for the covid treatment of our patient. Rathee himself checked all reports and assured to provide full medical facility & support. We reached at 4:30AM in morning, on duty Dr. Sachin was careless. They didn’t had complete & proper oxygen pressure which made very difficulty for our patient to breathe. On requesting for oxygen cylinder, Rathee & Sachin asked us to leave for any other hospital. They themselves tried to over power us by removing oxygen support. Apex hospital won’t improve your health, in return they will spoil the patient’s case. After 5 hours of admission we took our patient to other hospital where our patient died due to spoiled case and worsen condition. Apex hospital is not hospital they are goons. God will definitely take our revenge and show them the pathetic & difficult days
Receptionist and Insurance adviser Lokesh are fraud, I have a cash less health card which I show them besides this they charge 2000 and 300 for baby doctor fees and didn't give me receipt for it and told me when we will give bills than return to you. Lokesh didn't pick my phn yet

It has been my worst experience in any hospital till today, the gynaecologist Manisha is no unfriendly and I think she should complete a course of moral values and speaking skills as soon as possible. She doesn't listen to the patient completely and do not take it seriously. I request please don't go here .🙏🙏
