Me and my wife both have had two occasions to interact with the staff at Bhanot Hospital. On both the occasions our experience has been very good. They listen to us, care for us and sincerely follow up as well. We are very pleased that such a facility exists in our neighbourhood. Our congratulations and best wishes! This is not about the hospital but the chemist shop adjacent to it. Me and my husband went their to buy some medicines and paid through phone pay .. the charge went from our phone showed the debit in our bank account as well. The guy came back from shop and grabbed us out from our cab and stated they did not received any payment ! He was not only rude but ill mannered and use foul language with me and husband. We went in and tried to sort after showing our screen and bank details but they were rude finally we kept the medicines and called the police ! After the police came and we went inside the chemist shop they guy who grabbed us out of the cab was missing. There was other manager who tried to deal ! Our intention was to tell them that their behavior is ridiculous and running a drug store they should be humble and educated .. please don’t buy your medicines from such black spots of society !
I went with my mother for vaccination. The staff was very helpful and very nicely done the covid vaccination.
I went to Bhanot hospital to get my parents vaccinated for the Covid-19 vaccine. The staff was quite welcoming and greeted us with a smile. The vaccination happened very quickly and the wait time was practically zero. I was quite impressed with the smiling staff and the promptness by which the entire process happened. Everything was so professionally managed be it the vaccination or the observation area care by the dedicated nurses. The medical center is extremely spick and span. A big thank you to Dr S. P Bhanot, Dr Anuradha, Mr Vikrant, Ms Nishi for making the vaccination process so smooth for my parents.
