We are happy that we got the new building for State Bank, jonai. We thaught that, it will be very convinient for us to access our nessecity. But, some of the staff are very rude to the customer. They belief themselves as the owner of the bank. But, sadly its customer bassed bank. Especially the current accountant working on that Bank, date 28 August 2021. We want immediate transfer of him. If his attitude towards the customer gonna continue, we will be compelled to protest against the State Bank.

Some employees are irresponsible. They don't take any action if we request them . I submitted all the required documents for KyC updation in my account but they didn't take any action. I had tried six times. So, I request to branch manager sir to take care of them.
