If carelessness is an art, then these people are piccaso of it. One of the worst hospital in that locality. They always try to loot money from you. I asked them to take the blood test, urine test, rapid test. I gave them my mobile number and email address. They told that it will be sent to the mail and whatsapp. But even after long time it was not sent by them. When we called and enquired they totally forgot about our results. They again asked me the email address mobile number. Also they misplaced my urine sample as well. They asked where did I put that, I placed exactly where they told me to. They are very much careless. After sometime they simply sent the photo alone and not the pdf. Also they did not send all the reports. They totally forgot about my test reports.. Don't risk your health with these careless people.
Worst experience. They make the patients sit for idle without any medicne or treatment... Even those nurses are horrible. Please dont visit the place and waste money. They asked me for pay for the medicne and i bought it from the pharmacy and gave them. Even then they didnt give treatment for me... The nurse who was in duty was so arrogant.. They made me wait for hours in a chair.. Finally i came out without taking treatment. So irresponsible faculty and staff towards patients..
The most worst hospital in Chennai i could say. For a diagnostic test which costs Rs. 3500 to 5000 in other leading hospital the hospital charged Rs. 9000. Initially they told me it will cost at the maximum of 5000, after the test done they told 9000 for a test which perform only 4 min in procedure room. When i asked the detail bill they denoted that Doctor fee Rs. 3500 and rs. 5000 for procedure and room fee for a procedure tooks only 4 min of time. Only one doctor was there no one else. They are also asking me to get the consumables which was used in the procedure room. Is the consumables costs not included the above said so called procedure and room charge. They are not provide any authenticated bill for the 9000 also, simply a piece of sheet only provided to me without the signature by the authorities. And by asking the report of the diagnostic test , they simply said this test does not have any report sir. Do you think that a diagnostic which costs rs. 9000 doesn't have any report. If i goes to another hospital ( definitely wont go to the hospital anymore) they need the previous diagonsitics reports, right? I have rated only one star here , since i dont have options to give zero star or any negative ratings.
