Good and well service received for my father. Who has admitted for Bypass surgery. We have satisfied with the way the have treated. Doctors, nurses and staffs are user friendly
Dad had a dual knee replacement surgery done here. Doctors service was excellent, patiently addressed all our queries which gave us more confidence. Ward boys, though they did a good job were not always available when needed, we had to help ourselves at times. Lifts reserved for attendants/patients was dirty, room needs better pest control. PRO and maintenance staff were helpful. Rooms need better design, emergency call bell was not beside the patient bed in our room, there was only one near the door. Some nurses need to follow better practices such as not using attendants bed as a table and dirtying them, should be careful in discarding used vials and not break or spill contents on the floor. Paying attention to details can improve the quality of post operative care.
Service is good. The faculty is very compassionate towards the patients. Recovery is very comfortable. Thank you.

Had a knee replacement done for my dad. Extremely pleased with Dr. Arumugam and his team for not just performing the surgery in the most professional manner, but also making my dad walk the next day. The physiotherapist Mr. Vinod is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. A great support. The infrastructure however is due for a renovation/ makeover. The only downer in an otherwise great experience.
