Vaccination Information : It's the only center in Phulwarisharif for vaccination . Online registration is required for 18 to 44 and Direct registration is done for 45+ . First you have to verify you 4 digit code then they will give you a slip for vaccination.No need to carry photocopy or anything . Just carry Orginal ID Proof. 3rd floor is for vaccination. Wear double mask with face shield. No social distancing is maintained there.
