The doctors are never in time. They really need to know that the fees that we pay is we are buying their time. And the receptionist needs to act as an hospital receptionist and not a hotel one. She doesn't know how to behave (basic way of treating a first time patient) and doesn't have the courtesy to admit the mistakes commited by her. Pretty face doesn't nullify your mistakes.

Hospital facility is good. It's premises is hygiene & clean. Treatment/operation cost should be low, so that it's easy for the all the person for their treatment.
