Hospital is good, doctors, sisters and staff all are polite. Reception staff also very helpful, I would like to mention one staff I think the name is Ms Indu for excellent support. Few areas are there for improvement, if management try to improve, this hospital can be one of the best in the city. Chennai being metropolitan city better if you can include enough nursing staff who are fluent in Hindi and English. There is a delay in sending the billing summary to billing section which delay the whole discharge Process and will create problem even for new admissions. Food for patient is the major area for improvement. Timeliness, quantity and variety are the real concern.
My wife's delivery happened at Vihaa hospital, Anna nagar . The staffs at the hospital are very friendly and very supportive. The nurses take additional care for the new born as well as the mother. House keeping staffs also observed to be service minded and not looking for any tips. Myself and my wife were under treatment and care in Vihaa Hospital. The Doctors, Nurses and all supporting staff were very helpful. We had good care and returned home safely.
A purely for profit entity. Nurses are totally unqualified. Have no clue what medication has to be administered to the patients and when. The doctor who owns the hospital, couldn’t care less for his patients. Will keep them as long a possible to fatten his wallet. These are the type of doctors who taint the entire medical community. Not one word here is false. Based on 1st hand experience. Should have written this much earlier, but as the saying goes, better late than never.
