My experience with Accord is very good because what I could see, this is the only hospital in Bhosari area which is very hygienic and well maintained staff. Also timely you get proper service from Doctors and Nurses.
Today I took my guest to the hospital. It would have been a simple infection but I regretted it so much. They billed me 15000 rupees in 3 hours and gave me no idea. I went to that hospital, I just made a mistake. Don't make such a mistake. So much money was taken and no report was give . Very very bad hospital and services....
I called the hospital for some lab investigation.lady picked the phone she don't know anything simply disconnected phone 3-4 time. She is very busy with talking n laughing with their staffs. I dropped this hospital Management should take action on them if they want good name
Worst hospital I have seen till now.Regarding the billing they have billed incessant charges without informing. Poor service. No hygiene neither proper cleaning. Nurses are jst for the name sake they don’t even look after the patients. Semi private room was just for name uncleaned, leakage and ladies panties hanging around. Adding to this my grandmother was admitted from Wednesday till Monday but during these they didn’t even changed the bed sheets nor they bothered to change her clothes post sponging. First they will bill you and then while discharging they will tell you huge bill which u might not be aware of. All the facilities including nurses, cleaning, admin is super pathetic. Simply waste of money.
I had severe kidney stone pain in the middle of the night. I went to the hospital. They literally just gave me a painkiller. Doctor came and just touched my abdomen and asked hows the pain and went. And they charged me Rs.1300/- for that. All they did was give me a painkiller injection, which i am sure wont cost more than Rs.50/- . Literally they just did a Rs. 100/- treatment and charged 1300/-. Even covid vaccine doesnt cost that much. A pandemic which took thousands of lives, its vaccine costs less than this hospitals painkiller injection. Worst worst experience and worst hospital. This hospital does not run that much now. Nobody goes to this hospital and this is why they try to charge the patients so much because they dont get patients and they want to earn money. Never go to this hospital. They charged me 730/- for OPD case paper. And 560 for medication which include 1 painkiller inject which costs less than 50rs. Looting people always. Can give less than 1 star else i would give them 0.
