The staff over here are very rude and management is ZERO. Not at all patient-friendly… Gives you an unwelcomed atmosphere… Had to wait for hours even after taking appointment and the hospital doesn’t want to take responsibility for their delay…
Really such a warm n wonderful environment...ofcourse everything is too too good ... Thank you is not a enough word to say to u Dr.venkatesan sir..... Becoz u lighten my mother life again...she is our everything... No words can define ur service... Positive atmosphere makes positive mind n health..she completely felt that positivity.. she is fine now...without u this is not happend... Actually I was approaching the Sen Hospital for a severe stomach ache on 24th August 2021. Dr.Venkatesh sir explained about the reason for my stomach ache and concluded it as appendices. Here i want to share the experience about Sen Hospital. The think made me to like him was he spent time with patients and paying personal attention to there problem and later then explaining the solution in a very good and kind manner. Eventually he advised me to takeup operation after seeing my report. Next day I have undergone the operation for appendices and now I'm perfectly alright. Seeking a very wonderful doctor I have a came across in my life. Even the hospitality was too good. Here, i would like to convey my gratitude to each and every doctors, nurses and everyone. They do a very good service to me and it helps me to recover from pain in very soon and speedy and smooth manner Here, I want to mention one important point,they are accepting any kind of health insurance including government insurance so even middle class people also can afford to using treatment here.
I went to this hospital for general treatment for my kids and parents. Dr. Amirthraj was the doctor I met. His polite attitude and to the point treatment is awesome. He listens to the patient and councils them well which makes the patient to feel better and go ahead with the treatment. His diagnosis always works fine. Hospital also has good facilities for inpatients.
Best hospital with best doctors and greatest quality of medical care is provided for patients. Even in weekend the duty doctor were available. In this COVID situation also they were trying to give their best to treat patients. A shout-out to Dr.SATHEESH KUMAR. He is so kind and polite.
