OPD experience was not good. Doctors should be guided on following areas- 1) Should not prescribe unnecessary tests and diagnostic. 2) Should treat patients like customers not like beggars. 3) The appointment timing should be adhered to. It is very disappointing when you see a doctor chit chatting over phone - long conversations. 4) When the patient turn comes in - again doctor start a conversation over phone. This is not a stray incidents. Such doctors are more interested in private appointments. Please monitor the behaviour/ conduct of doctors/ staff and remove those who have grown too big and insensitive - bringing bad name to this institution.
Kailash Hospital is good but it's politics inside only sharma people can sustaine with unqualified in people inside Kailash Hospital . I request Dr Mahesh Sharma to remove me RP Sharma Greater Noida branch he is big huddle for all the employees over there . Nice hospital and all treatments are available in this hoapital and so much staff and doctors are very good but i have a issue with this hospital its too costly middle class family cant afford it if you have a health insurance from any insurance company mostly star health is all claims available and this is located nearby pari chawk and this hospital s is dr mahesh sharma (सांसद) thank u
