It was great experience than other hospitals . Doctors and staff was polite. Staff was helpful. Canteen must improve quality off food.
Rude staff....😡😠Improper management...😡😠No one is giving full information..😡😠Even after having a BPL ration card (Orange Card), I have been told to pay the entire amount and the concern person said if your treatment comes under scheme you will refunded. But my question is after the government has said that if your have a proper ration card your treatment is free if cost. But when a patient pays all the money how come he knows the scheme has approved or not. What is meaning of such government schemes. (Free of Cost) Single star is too much.. No more words to say....😠😡
Doctors are good but other staff like nursing, admin are worst. Relatives need to carry a lot of patience to survive in the hospital because every process is time consuming.
Staff on front desk is not helpful, Don't have etiquettes and manners to speak or do their jobs towards the patient coming to them. the security working over here are much better than them Otherwise the hospital cleaning n environment is friendly hygienic . Hope the management teach them some manners to speak
