Nope, seriously one of the worst services. I'm new to banking & don't know much about how things work, employees don't even want to answer your straight forward, easy questions relating to the account. Their servers are always mostly down when i visited, employees ignored me when asking about queries. I had submitted email address in the amount opening form, but they didn't add & also typed my address wrong too, now I've to correct that by writing a letter to the manager. Such incompetent people are sitting on the chair, really gives me headache.
not at all good professional ethics full of leniency and attitude with these people from bottom to top staff.
Passbook service very slow.. need to upgrade
