The facilities are very nice and proper but the issue is the regulation of doctor visit. They visit once a day (rarely twice). Doctor comes in proper action when the situation gets worse. Overall everything is nice and has all facilities.
Worst experience... if you want to save your life don’t get admitted here. Hospital staff is very rude. Very disappointing thing is they will not allow to carry your mobile phone with yourself. My father was admitted here on 12 April 2021 and they didn’t allowed my father to carry his phone with himself. As he was Covid positive so, we were not allowed to meet him. They promised us that they will allow us to talk with him on video call via staff only for 5 minutes in a day. But only after one day of video call with my father, they started making excuses that “we have very less staff so, we will not be able to provide video call facility”. They made same excuse for one week so basically we didn’t have any communication with my father for one week, all they wanted was just money. On 18 April 2021, in the morning they again called us and asked us to pay ₹50,000 and at 4:00 P.M. on the very same day they called us and when the phone was ringing I was very much nervous. Then my brother picked the call and they said that “my father lungs have been collapsed and there is only 1% chance that he will survive and now he is in ventilator.” After, that phone call I and my brother started crying horribly and then my brother rushed to the hospital. There he stayed for two-three hours and then at 7:30 P.M. on 18 April 2021, I lost my father. Hospital staff and doctors were fooling us one week and they kept us in dark, for one week they were saying that he is fine and then all of a sudden they gave us this shocking news. They don’t take care of patients properly neither proper treatment is done. They are very much greedy, all they want is just money and comparatively treatment is zero. Please don’t go here.... go to any other hospital.
The worst hospital ever. The doctors are inhuman lacking all ethics. My parents were recently admitted to the hospital being covid positive. My father has a long medical history. We made the hospital aware of his conditions. The doctors did not treat him well. They did not inform us anything regarding his condition. They were very uncooperative. We wanted them to talk to my own chachaji who is a renowned doctor and have been handling the most critical cases of covid but they did not do so. The doctors did not inform us regarding the health status of my father instead they asked us to take him back home n treat him there itself. They just wanted us to discharge my father somehow without letting us know his condition. He was unable to maintain oxygen saturation in the hospital. The hospital discharged my father on bipap. Since the hospital was not ready to take any responsibility of my father we had to shift him to Delhi seeing no options infront of us. In a very critical condition where my father was just maintaining a saturation of 70% and was on bipap we took him to Delhi. Now my father's condition is such that we are fighting to save his life. His lungs are not functioning, kidney has been affected badly and BP too is on the lower side. I would request the authorities to take strict action against the hospital against Dr Deepak Srivastava and Dr Pradeep Gupta who were the treating doctors of my father. They should be put behind the bars and their degrees should be confiscated. They are inhuman people who just know how to make big hospital bills in such difficult times and make money. Highly insensitive people. May God pay them for their deeds.
