The nurses and doctors have been extremely thoughtful and great right from the start. There's so much thought gone into all the medical processes and the way the patients are handled is phenomenal. Would recommend this place for all medical conditions. I'm super happy with the service here.

The hospital is near to IIM Bengaluru,it has sophisticated parking lot with huge space.In the entrance there will be a security check after that now they doing temperature check.So based on your criteria or problem you can check in the reception so they guide you to the department. They have help desk for all the queries you got and also they have staff for the insurance check including some other insurance to claim. If you are going for the first time there will be a registration charge of 200 rupees.Then you will charge with the your respective doctor appointment and consulting fees. They have pharmacy with pharmacist,but the service can be better. The Radiology department is there just inside the campus and the service is so quick. They provide wheel chair facilities that's more helpful for many patients who ever in need. Overall service is good but still can get better in terms of appointment and pharmacy department.
Had been there for my UK immigration health check. Its a straight forward process which takes around 2-3 hrs and the front desk people are cooperative and responds promptly for all our queries. The overall cost of health check was 3920 which includes Fortis first time registration fee of 200. The final reports will be ready within one day after the test. Though the place is well maintained, it will be over crowded so, be ready to stand for an hour or two if you don't get a chair to sit. They asked me to have a prior appointment. However, there was no one to check if a person has arrived as per the appointment.
I am very grateful to the doctors in fortis bannerghatta road for taking my mom in at the nth moment and saving her life. Along with them are those unsung heroes who keep the hospital clean and safe for patients. The service was very good and yes we can trust them. Very happy to have been here.
