Average government hospital which is getting dirtier day by day. This pandemic situation has proved that we've failed as a society, health infrastructure has failed. According to Chitrakoot district website it's a 200 bed L2 facility hospital but someone has exaggerated it's 500 bed hospital. Cleanliness was okay because most of the patients were not getting treated here but in district hospital Sonepur. Hospital's waste management can be seen in pictures shared by me, beside the premises , which is clearly pathetic. This hospital is situated in very scenic location and seem to be very peaceful. I'd request the administration to don't let local people to make this hell like other hospitals.
The District Hospital Chitrakoot is currently built as a quarantine center for the treatment of Covid-19. It has the capacity to treat 500 patients simultaneously or the hospital is modernly built.
