Awesome hospital with all latest devices and facilities. Very clean and hygienic one.
Went for a covid 19 test. Was shuffling between departments as staff didn't know what's the starting point. Initially, they sent to isolation ward to get medical details. Then asked to go to billing counter 3 which had a huge line. Then went back to sample collection spot. Very lengthy process. Then they inform me that no online report will be available over email and I've to collect physically. In this digital age, they are making me waste time and money by coming to just collect the report. Hope they improve soon
5 Star for Dr Sandeep Rai and Dr. Anjali & Dr Niharika sabnis ,the staff is proactive and experienced, They know what they are doing and how to do it, they kept updating us about the procedure and Heath status of my father in law, We spent lakh of rupees in private hospital before coming to MGM to treat Hyponatremia , He was not able to retain salt, however things started improving under supervision of Dr Sandeep Rai, The Quality of service is A+ Further, the food for patient is good (believe me its on time everyday). For Cleanliness B ( only because of pan and tobacco in washrooms and windows) still the staff puts lots of efforts to keep patient area clean. Lift needs maintenance, Over all the hospital I good , For sure this will become one of the efficient and largest hospital soon.
It deserve 0 star but there is no option , billing structure not for middle class people and gives worst treatment,
