We admitted our mom for low sugar , the treatment given was very good. We thank the doctors and nurses on duty. The nurse in emergency care - Anita definitely needs a mention for her patience and kindness. Cons: *. We stayed in the hospital for two nights there were lots of mosquitoes and insects in our room. *. The bills were quite high for a two night stay.
I voluntarily did a health check-up at Promed hospital. They provide master health check-up packages at affordable offer prices which are way cheaper than the one provided by other hospitals. The package didn't compromise any test that they inform. I chose cardiac health package which cost 999INR. Staff were very pleasant and supportive starting from the reception to test labs till pharmacy. Doctor was very soft spoken and consult in a nice way. Highly recommended for health check-ups!!! Regarding treatment: We had an emergency and admitted my uncle at last minute due to respiratory problem, unfortunately he didn't survive. However, duty doctors tried their best to make it happen. Regarding infrastructure and billing: Hospital is maintained with good equipments and the amount they charge is also not bad. If an treatment is emergency and if you have paid an excess amount, refundable will be provided within 3working days. (Administration did to us in 3 working days) Administrative staffs, nurses are polite and doing their job is best way. They are taking care of birth/death and other official documentation process and giving update frequently. Supportive guy who helped in all the documentation process is Hemanathan. Special thanks to him and other team members.
