Doctors are fine mm like 7/10.... *The main head doctor visits once in a day only....... Some nurses are good in behavior but some are not. So 6/10 for nurses. Housekeeping department is also nice.. 9/10......... Yeah reception! Receptionist should be humble to the patient or relatives of patients. Though they may be good in their official work, but in humbleness and behavior, they do lack somewhere.. So 4/10 to reception ....... At last about infrastructure, it is good.... Cleanliness is maintained efficiently.. So 9/10........ One suggestion to hospital - Please allot one/two specific nurse for a patient. Changing nurse in every shift causes problems to both patient and nurses.

This hospital tie up with insurance company. The doctor's in this hospital take very much time for the treatment and even after recovery they didn't discharge the patient because they are making money from the insurance company. I have seen 99 % of the critical patients, who goes to the hospital but didn't come. The person who knows about the hospitals in Nagpur strongly not recommend to visit.
