Best hospital in twincities. Well experienced drs who pay full attention to patients patiently. Very cooperative staff .whenever I visited for any queries Dr sachin himself made me satisfied with his answers. .
Good doctor but very bad nursing staff. I went with my baby early morning. Baby had fever, the thermometers in hospital were not working. Nurse said that baby didn’t have fever. After insisting she checked with other thermometer and baby indeed had fever. After that also she didn’t call doctor and started giving meds which were already open. In Covid period the hospital is using same dropper for all patients which can spread Covid and other infections. After insisting that I want to see the doctor only she call Doctor. Also none of the staff except doctor was wearing face masks. No covid protocol was followed. It was indeed a very bad experience. If hospital staff is not serious about Covid protocols then who else will follow it. Apart from that there is no appointment system in hospital. You can’t take appointment over phone. In morning you have to visit the hospital get appointment and then bring your baby as per appointment which is a wastage of time and fuel. Why not give appointment over call why insist people to come and get appointment is beyond understanding.
Very good hospital for kids and new born babies. Covid vaccinations for adults are also available here.
Dr sachin is the the best pediatrician I have ever came across and also he is very polite and answers all the queries and not money minded like other doc's now a days
The hospital is very much interested there is a lot of educated peoples. They are so much fantastic.
