Very organized hospital. The patient don't have to peek or poll for their turn. A systematic peocess is followed resulting in convenient patient handling. Very good doctors. Good surgeons..
They don't respect your time. What is the use of taking appointment when you have to wait for min 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Doctors are good but other staffs are too rude. When it's pendamic why to make people sit for long in hospital and that too without care for any social distance
Please scroll and read the authentic reviews of this pathetic eye hospital. To begin with the front desk staff, I would say the most disgusting and unprofessional people are hired. The receptionist Kishore does not have any manners to talk to the patient he misbehaves and talks very rude. I think he considers himself as the owner not receptionist ! Overall wait time and the entire procedure took 3 hrs+ Moving forward to the doctor, I have been referred here by a doctor for a normal routine eye checkup and everything was normal still I was sent to some other department and the doctor in that department ended up writing tests worth Rs. 6000 which was totally rediculous every single report came out normal and then he said, "SEE I TOLD YOU EVERYTHING IS FINE " I felt cheated and misguided. It is not a hospital but a money making centre. It is fooling people to a great extent. It is better to avoid this place as it is a super speciality in looting people !
Worse experience miss managmet.. they allow 3-4 attendent for one patient .. it a very small place patient don't get space to seat .. Award should be given to them for world worse hospital in mismanagement. Pathatic shameful. Disgrace on the name of hospital.
