Worst experience, billing section is worst. They don't know simple mediclaim. Intentionally delay the process & torture the patients. Pl donts come to this hospital.. Pl pl pl. They will looting money
I want to share a incident with you which happened to me. One of the reputed hospital of our city Nagpur I.e. Icon hospital Bharat Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra has given the wrong diagnosis with my wife. As per the writing statement of ICon Hospital, NMC Reg.no-982Nagpur Maharashtra. The owner of Hospital Dr. INDRAYANI HATWAR made a statement that she is not finding left overy in Sonographyas well as she asked to the patient (my wife) that "is she have any prior problem with her kidney?" Couse she was found some kidney like structure instead of left overy in Sonography.. this is all about on dated 25/09/2021 and today i.e. (27/09/2021)we go for a second opinion we get done one more checkup with another gynecologist, one more Sonography is get done on my wife and the doctor found everything with respect to the left overy and kidney is absolutely fine. Now we have two Sonography reports * one is showing left ovary not seen. * another one is showing all is well My concern is it should not happen further as well as the mentioned doctor must apologized for the incident as she not a radiologist and she is giving clear cut wrong Sonography reports to the patients. Please avoid this Hospital
Better go to a Govt hospital. Atleast you will have satisfaction that u r being treated there for free. wrost staff. it looks like doctors and management have given free hand to staff to do anything in there own way.
Very good experience with the hospital. Very simple people in the staff and no show off. The charges are quite reasonable . I did not see such transparency when you go with insurance. Billing department is very cooperative and submissive.
