All doctors are so kindly enough to attend the patient and to explain the details. Hospitality is good Patient food it covers in package, what we order as per menu we will not get. Nurses should give more attention to patient. Cleaneness in some area can be improved.

SIMS Nungambakkam is taking care of Covid patients. They are gem of people who cares and treats covid patients like ordinary patients. Each and every staff right from Chief Doctor, duty Doctors, emergency staffs, Nurses, Dietitian,ward Boys, lab Techs, house keeping staff's, billing team, even the security posted at the car parking bay are very curtosious and they provided much required empathy to patients. I went with critical condition and came out in 5 days due to their positive attitude and pateint care more than the medicines. I felt lucky to choose SIMS over other hospitals. Thanks to all the Doctors and all other supporting staff's of SIMS.

Good support courteous doctors and nice treatment. We got treatment for my mother in law who is 84 yrs at Vadapalani Hospital. The food which was given to her was very good and nutritious...catered to her personal needs

There is no place for Bangladeshi citizens, be aware!!! Tamil people will got the priority here. After finishing all tasks of tamil than Bangladeshi will get the change to visit the doctors. So, Be Aware!! of their service.

We came to visit neurologist and cardiologist very bad experience. No proper social distancing maintained. No seats for patients or visitors to wait in the reception. People were crowded too much. Also doctors giving appointments for patient to visit in person and and being busy with video call patients. So they are holding patients unnecessarily on the floor
