It was difficult to find but somehow I reached. This place doesn't look like health care centre. I took the first dose here on 27/05/2021. At every centre they put you for 30 min rest after vaccinating and then give some essential emergency advices. But at this centre they put the injection and told to go. Very strange experience. No arrangement for sitting not at all hygienic. Stray dog was roaming inside the premises.
My hearty thanks to person who marked and posted the location first time on gmap. I visited on 26-May-2021 after calling some mobile number found on internet, he sahred about Om sai hospital, that was only clue to find the spot. Poor directions guidance, no signboards. no reset facility. no guidance on pre and post vaccination. No seating arragnment. Did not find any nurse/ambulance or health care taker, in case any adverse happens.
Infront of Om sai Hospital, it’s not on main road, it’s a narrow lane
