A regular government office. Where it's important to have a broker with you so that all your registry work can be done. If you come here for registry of your flat 1: come early because parking space is limited 2: water , chai and small snacks available but if you have to stay for long. Bring some food 3 there is a photocopy shop in vicinity no need not worry about that
We visited for Lease Deed Transfer. Used services of a good lawyer, hence all documentation and official work was smooth and quick. Car parking availablity is totally insufficient for office with such volume of work. Either reach early (before 10) or else come with with a driver. Covid precautions are your responsibility.
Very poor experience, no facilities, call you at 9:30 in morning. Make u sit about 6 hours. No facility of sitting or fans. Keep standing iin scrothing heat.Worst government office I hv ever visited with pathetic condition of customers coming here for registration
So much ppls in the small space. Sitting space should be bigger with other needful services. Old ppls,ladies wait here for a long time. Generally waiting time is 45 minutes, if server is working. Staff is good but so much public pressure. Please have mask here !
