Had gone to emergency with severe intestinal spasms. Doctor was busy playing games on his mobile phone while I was lying in bed in severe pain. Worst experience ever. He didn't bother to tell me his name, or even which medicines he is going to give me. Was addicted to his mobile phone while being on emergency duty. No physical examination. The nurse & helpers who assisted me were much better than this so called doctor. This doctor is spoiling the hospital reputation. I walked out of emergency room due to his attitude. If you are in emergency, choose another hospital.

Visited today for a flu vaccine. reception area very clean. Emergency room spic and span. A big surprise. Hands free sanitizer was working .quick service of in and out .congratulations to dr bhardwaj and his team.
Pathetic service.. people who sitting on reception not responding properly and shows attitude.. pls don't waste your previous time to go there..
Very poor experience. My personal advice , please don't go there at any condition, you will regret after few hours only. They do unnecessary test, and if you save ur life nd ur love one's plz don't go there hospital , No regular visit by doctor, once in a day, or no visit in a day. They are fake. Even they don't have any test in hospital itself. They will take you somewhere far. No testing procedure. No proper treatment. Really disappointed a lot. Please don't go there. Only regret you will get at last. Much costly. Poor, even not personal care of patients. They can go anywhere without any permission, hope you all are understanding what I am trying to say.
