This is a Community Health Centre (सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र)or CHC under department of Health and Family welfare , Government of Uttar Pradesh. Earlier it was temporally run as a District Hospital of Baghpat till build up a new setup of District Hospital . OPD , Routine immunization , ARV clinic are run on its fixed time and Emergency, institutional delivery etc are round the clock are serving by a qualified doctors who are appointed by UP Public Service Commission and para medic staffs
