This is the major health center in Dharamshala. People go to this hospital whenever they need urgent medical attention. The medical staff was very good. They were following COVID protocols very serious (I really liked this)! When I was there for medical issues, the doctors and nurses knew what they are doing and they handled many other serious cases very efficiently. The doctor who was there that afternoon was very humble, humane and professional. She was asking and checking in with everyone there very calmly considering the high pressure situation. Good job and thanks to everyone! But, please don't fell sick in Dharamshala otherwise you'll miss the beauty of the nature and the hills there! I was in bad luck and fell sick. But that's ok as I got to meet these wonderful people! Kudos to the Zonal Hospital team!
They didn’t Follow rules and regulations the staff and doctors are very irresponsible. Their lunch is more important than the patient they leave the patient in pain and And the ortho doctor is very irresponsible and If patient visit their Dr wasn’t there because he just go for lunch before the time. The recepationist is also go for lunch before 30 mints of lunchtime .
Nothing is good here the guy who sitting for making parchi is very nonsense and most of time he is busy in the phone Doctors are also careless Nobody is cares about patient few years ago was everything good many facilities but now this hospital is famous for just Formailtes not for facilities In this time everything is upgrading but Government hospital are degrading Government spending lots of mony for construction which is very useless thing I think Because people needs good staff in hospital not a big building🏢

Good and clean government hospital in town. Support basic general issues and the doctors are nice and polite. Lots of medical shops are around the hospital and parking facility is available as well.
