I'm writing this to complain bout the way I have been treated by hospital staff ( dnt no her name but it vl be in my notes..she is havng a cat eye's nd she'll b writing doc feas ) she works at night time..) @ the treatment..she dnt know the way..how to treat a customers n behave wid a customers..she was extremely rude n Ill mannered..due to her annoying behaviour.she even mentioned that she is not relavent person to deal the way to talk .and even she is not ready to listen our words she continuesly talking rudly..we r very dispoited.if she is not given proper training about how to deal,talk to a customer, patients I'm sure ur business vl suffer for sure.im informing yu as I do not want to talk to her again .and even stop doing business with yu in the future..if she does not changed her attitude.customers are the spine of any business and they diserves respect n kindness .I'm sure ull take action on this..let her take some training about how to interact with the customer how do I treat patients and all..pls have a look on this page which I have felt from my heart..we felt very bad experience yesterday..
Very worst experience in my life with Shushrusha hospital because there very basic knowledge doctor Sanjay Kulkarni was gave worst treatment for my wife within three she went to very dangerous situations immediately I had shifted to MS Ramaiah hospital then there kept in my wife with Ventilator for four days then only she was recovered from lungs infection. 5 lakhs expenses for her treatment purpose because Dr Sanjay Kulkarni from Shushrusha hospital Yelahanka. Why I was gave five star every one want read this then you'll get aware ness of this hospital. Pls if you want your relatives or your health pls go to good hospitals.
Shushrusha Hospital Excellent team of well experienced doctors and support staff, we have never experienced in any of the hospital. Hospital has been a pride of Yelahanka since 30+ years now and is one of best hospitals. I appreciate and thank the doctors and entire support staff of the hospital for the timely care provided for my Father's treatment. All the very best to the entire team and please continue doing the great job.
