Speedy treatment. Cooperative staff.
Don’t trust them as they are not reliable. I got my mom’s test done there and hospital assured us that we will be getting reports on the same day by tonight 11:30. After chasing reports were not received in night and staff told me to call at morning 8 for reports. Again when I checked, I have been told that reports are delayed and I will be getting them in afternoon by 2:00 PM. This is some serious issue and what hospital wants from a patient to keep on waiting for the reports??? PATHETIC 👎👎👎👎👎 UNPROFESSIONAL.. UNETHICAL.. UNEXPECTED..
Staff is not Coperative.
Hosptial Good but the chemist is fraud. Due to this chemist one day this hosptial will be close. When doctor write medicine who the hell is chemist? He substitute not only one two or three medicine . He substitute the whole prescription. If doctor write a good company medicine then chemist give you same salt of any other company. The company who give more scheme to chemist. He will only give that. If doctor write 7 medicine the chemist will substitute all the 7 medicine. I personally suggest that take treatment from SCR but dont purchase medicine from the chemist counter. I take medicine for 5 days. I feel i have no improvemmt then one of my friend come to see me. He told me that medicine prescribed by the doctor and chemist given are different . That cheap medicines are just the stone. I go to chemist and hit that medicine on his mouth and took refund.
