Good place and Excellent treatment! I've been in consultation with Dr.Nandha Kumar for nearly 15 years. Recently I had made a visit to this hospital for my father's treatment. Expertise in clear diagnosis and the treatment options of the doctor are incredible. It's great how he really took his time to explain the medical condition to the patient. I've been through routine checkups for a couple of years and the staff services as well as the followup have improved a lot overtime. The hospital is having all basic facilities and proper hygiene. I had a good visit and the Doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease. So I highly recommend this clinic.
1. Not a hygienic place lot of dirt ( papers and the tablet wrappers) on the floor and bench those are used to sit the patients and attenders. 2. Not giving disposable masks if the patient not wearing them, and think before going, the answers given are also not acceptable. 3. No proper explanation was provided by the staff members, they are simply asked to drink more water for the scan, but we waited a long time because if the doctor is not available at that time. My mother In law suffered like anything, since unable to go to the washroom before the scan. 4. Not taking the cards or online payments, they are asking the cash for all the treatments. The management refuses to get the digital and plastic money. 5. It's a COVID situation, but there is no social distance maintained in the hospital, the present ladies are sitting very close and the staff is not advised to maintain the social distance and even there is no hand sanitization also encouraged. 6. Not seen any housekeeping persons, cleaning the floors the entire day and washbasin kept in the entrance is very bad. ( I think kept for washing the hands with soap) 7. The used bed sheets are found in the ramp grip, no one takes that and gives it to the laundry. 8. No x-ray here, the hospital, having tie-up with nearby x-ray canter but there was no one available there came back two times and asked in the reception, after that they got a person and took an x-ray. Do not visit, this center for covid injection. Worst place. Today visited at 10 and got injection around 11.15 and they made me to wait till 11.45 for injection bill That to for syringe they asked 10rs extra.. I took my pregnant wife, they don't even have basic water facility. Too many staffs roaming in reception only. They wont even settle in one place. Also money minded
Just went for food poisoning and they took all the tests and charged 4000rs! Waste of money!
