We visit Manipal Hospital for all our family consultations and procedures. The doctors are awesome, explain the conditions to the details, help make the best choice for patients with minimal medications, maximum self healing, and provide the latest understanding of medical technologies - for surgery, procedures if needed. They are always ready to answer the questions from patients even if we may find them silly - something that is necessary for patient education. The staff - including nursing and administrative staff, is very courteous and helpful. They take care of the smallest need of the patient and family.
Good Infrastructure but half staff is not wearing masks properly . Went for health check-up and staff is too casual. Ultrasound technician not available at scheduled time. 10s of people waiting holding full bladder. Despite multiple checks , don't see any impact on staff behaviour. They are enjoying their morning chit chat. Expect better service from hospital of this stature.
I'm Rating this for the Chief security officer. When I lost my mobile at the Emergency reception. They were very sweet to return the mobile to us. With all the formalities done with a sweet manner. And doctors are very kind and informative and they speak to patients in their comfortable mother tongue. And try to explain the situation in a understandable way.
