There is no coordination between Reception-doctors-patient. Very careless staff. No one bothered, and Very careless people here, no one is bothered, no one ask, who and why the person come to the hospital. No meaning of appointment. I took appointment in a day advance, I reached on time, Dr. was busy with consultaning other patient. I waited for 30 min, and suddenly dr was leaving hospital for his personal work, i asked at reception and to the floor incharge to call the Dr and check me. But Dr talked to me on phone and said wait for 40 min more, i will come after completion my work. Is this the way of appointment.
Best hospital and staff was also good in manner. Positively support with patients and their families. Treatment was also good. I I recommend for this hospital. They gives us my father back with fit and fine. 😊
Less Parking Facility, Dirty Place at Entrance i.e. Ground Floor, There is Nobody at Reception Counter when I reach there on the first time on 15.05.2021 at 09:54am, second time i.e. next day 16.05.2021 when I was reached there at reception counter, receptionist available but very very third class person. Because he is on landline call and flirting someone with laughing. Suddenly his mobile was ringing and he was putting down landline call and leave reception counter and go inside one room and close the door, even there are 3-4 peoples were waiting for help. I don't like hospitality of receptionist. But I like that staff man who help me there. On third day 17.05.2021 visit, all things are changed. There is cleanliness and staff available at reception counter. Now I want to change my mind and edit my review. Now I raise one more star 🌟 in my rating.
