Treatment and consulting was better but not satisfied with non medico staff specially Account department
Consulting experience was pretty good but there is much communication gap between staff also the hospital is not well organised due to which patients visiting have to suffer. Worst part is there is no value for patients time if you visit here you must keep that day reserve.
No proper management, Patient waiting for doctor call but no one attending him properly, Patient believe on doctor but poor management, When patient relative inquiry the staff answer is fix "2 mintus only" Needs improvement to attending petient property,

At the first instance looking at the no. of bouncers roaming around it feels like visiting a bar. Nursing staff attitude and services ensures that patient should suffer till death. I lost my mother in the first 2 days of treatment at Apex where Dr. Kalantri told us that her survival of chances are 90-92%. Her dialysis went wrong and she died. Definitely they will not agree because they are medicos and they can't be wrong. Hospital staff will forced you to take the medicines only from their own hospital attached medical where they sold medicine at MRP rate. If you go outside you will get the same medicine at more than 50% of discounted price. Government is giving us the scheme like Pradhan mantri yojna, MPJAY but such hospital knows how to make profits out of this schemes. Finally, They know how to make money but they don't know how to cure patient. Take conscious decision before taking your dear ones to this hospital.
