Todays wonderful experience of Pushya hospital staff members and Dr Viral sir for Spin related issue. All staff members have very humble nature which always required by all patient and relatives of patient during their illness.
Myself Virendra shah. I was having severe back pain n was having imbalance for last 03 months. I have tried several attampts of different types of treatment but that could not work on me. Than I have consulted dr viral shah at pushya hospital. He did proper thorough assessment of my condition. He did spine surgery on me. Next day of surgery I was able to walk. Under supervision of physiotherapist I did stair climbing. My imbalance problem was solved. Today I'm discharged from hospital. My name is jethalal. I'm from jodhpur, Rajasthan. Before 2 years ,due to weakness in my lower limbs I couldn't not able to maintain my balance during walking as well as my walking and standing was very limited. Dr viral shah has examined me n did spine surgery on me. After surgery , I was recovered well. First time when I visited dr viral sir, my 3 to 4 relatives came with me for admission. Worst food for Covid 19 patients, they serve fried roadside made poori to patients in breakfast. They took 6 hours for discharge procedure. Doctors for Covid 19 patients are good as they are outsiders. Owner of hospital is cool & calm but admin staff is so rude and nursing staff is so good & supportive.
The hospital treated my parents well for Covid19.! They are back home safely.! There are couple of complains although with hospital. 1. They charge ridiculous for even warm water gargle, steam vaporizer (naas levo in gujarati) and Breathing exercise (seriously !!) 2. It seems this is business for them, they only worry about money, yes CASH money and no other method of payment. I had already paid cash 2 times during stay of my parents and remaining last payment before discharge I requested them to take check payment since bank was closed (i reside overseas so i sent money to relative account who eventually paid cash to hospital), hospital denied check payment and requested cash payment only to discharge my parents.! They graciously asked my parents to stay till Monday (yes with all seriousness), and pay cash and get discharged.! 3. Try to avoid this money mockery business model.
