Good facilities, neat and clean. Doctors and staffs are very kind ,they make you feel comfortable. Best treatment
I admitted my mom last week for an operation they did very safe and their way of caring also nice. now my mom is good I thank to all doctors and nurses.
Admin staff are very rude. No proper response to our queries. They are treating people differently , payment mode for cash and claim. Management should improve on that not.
Recently we consulted orthopedic surgeon in this hospital, he was knowledgeable but lacked patience and wasn't keen in explaining things to us which I feel any patient deserves to hear from any doctor for that matter. I really wish that doctors and hospitals could work towards making the hospital environment more friendly and empathetic to the patients and the staff as well.
One of the best hospitals in North madras .i never expect this much of infrastrucure in a north madras hospital. Staffs are well trained in quality health care .
