We did a surgery for my mother he did a wrong surgery , two years he has given only pain killer later he said go to ganga hospital, Finally we went to ganga hospital we got to know he did a wrong surgery And for because of docor anand did a mistake we did two times surgery ( it's pain) for my mother in ganga hospital. Before choosing this hospital my dear people please go to ganga Or some other ortho hospital
Poor service. Especially receptionist and nurses are treating the patients very worst. Not proper response on the doctor availability.
Very very worst service in medical department always noted...many times only discusses waste talking. Kindly doctor sir noted those stafs and terminate first.cctv watch must
Very poor response from the receptionist.They can consider for aged patients.I waited for nearly two hours for my 82 years old father for consultation.I asked for appointment,so that i can come at that time...but they told they want to see the patient at the time of appointment ..and asked us to wait for a long time.no hospitality.
