The experience was wonderful from day 1. All our issues and queries were dealt professionally and doctors and nursing staff and the floor managers were wonderful in handling all our concerns. We already had heard lot of good words about the hospital and the doctors and hence decided to go with them and never got disappointed anywhere. Last but least thank you for giving us our wonderful bundle of joy.
Incredible service and team. Doctors are well trained and knows their job very well. The team, taking care of new mom's are extremely well equipped and full of hospitality. Food infact is great at cafeteria, no need to worry about bringing anything from home if you are planning a delivery here.
The Doctors are very professional and explanatory for all the smallest doubts. A very supportive staff is available for all your needs at all your times throughout your time. I got my vaccine here. The service was very good. The whole process went very smoothly and got over in 10 minutes. Staff were polite and guided where to go. They provided a bottle of water and juice box after the vaccination. We were given clear instructions about the possible side effects and information on the second dose.
Had a great experience here in Cloudnine Shivaji Nagar. We were told that the hospital is expensive but the service is good. We had never expected such great service from every one (Doctors to nurses to sisters) and the rates are quite reasonable looking at the service and care you get. Hats off to you guys for keeping patience and making us feel totally comfortable. We will surely recommend your name to our group mates.
