Very close location to old Goa,easily accessible. The center is clean and hygienic with wheelchair accessibility,washroom/toilet available for both male and female. One of the best health center in Goa. Mr.Vaibhav was professional and cooperative.
Very clean and hygienic centre. Got covid-19 vaccine from here. Mr. Vaibhav is very professional and helpful while dealing with people. Need more staffs like him in all the centre’s. Really one of my best service experience.
Their RTPCR testing center is absolutely terrible. We don't expect modern infrastructure or something fancy from a Public Health Centre but even the basic hygiene is lacking here. I went there for a Covid test but I was worried I would get infected while I was there. People were crowding the entrance, coughing without masks, spitting openly. Expecting social distancing there would be a big ask. Worst part was when the employee opened all the testing kits with his BARE hands and kept them in their packets, opened and exposed to the public who came in coughing and sneezing. It was a horror show. I respect all healthcare workers risking their lives to do what they're doing but being so careless could jeopardise so many peoples lives.
