*Staff chit chatting in ICU *Lack of critical facility *Dr. Makkar - arrogant and rude. Calm and cool as long as he hopes to see money coming. *Should be named clinic instead of hospital

Reached the hospital with no clue how to proceed on a critical case and expected an honest guidance. But all doctor cared about is money, guiding to the way they could be benefited the most. *Lack of critical facilities, it was a severe neuro case and the patient was carried outside the hospital to nearby CT scan center in the worst possible manner with no trained staff capable of handling such cases. And it was all a disaster with deleterious impact on patients health. *Greedy doctor, money first life is not the priority with him. Admitted my father father with a case of brain haemorrhage for which the hospital is not even entitled. All just so that he could claim money from Military Hospital for which 24 hr hospitalization is a mandate. We trusted him with father's life and believed he would guide us right. He did indirectly suggested to go for another hospitals that are capable of handling neuro cases but only after keeping the patient for duration till he could claim money. He behaved rude and arrogantly. * Wasn't transparent in treatment and all the tests performe. Denied to share the information with us, immediately family of the patient. He backed this act saying his cashless claim in MH will get refused if they mention it was all for neuro case.

Staff of hospital has no sense how to behave how to talk with senior citizens Specially receptionist they just took money from all didn't listen anyone after taking fees instead of this they started insulting people

Very Nice . For dr . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.Very Great personality very humble down to erath .. very nice dr Reception 🌟🌟🌟🌟 very good but they should be more responsible Lab reception 🌟🌟🌟 because they take too much time
