I got my knee operated here just few days back. No problem with the doctor, he is really good. But the service from the hospital staff is really horrible. Nursing is horrible. They need reminders from the patients. Housekeeping is too bad as the toilets are not cleaned regularly. Language is a barrier with the nurses as they hardly speak english or Kannada. If asked for any service, they take ages to respond.
Good ambience at the entrance and the Reception area, truly good experience Then things open up, at the labs it's so congested , extremely over crowded, ventilation seems definitely not existing..... It will give you a feel of the tunnel game's with in between hurdles....... In the 1st floor , for Dr consultation, the ambience is matched how ever again it's extremely over crowded...... Staff , few of them seem not to be customer centric, they either don't know but still they guide wrongly which is a waste of time ....... They can at least say don't know........
Housekeeping service excellent by kamala and Satish. Am very satisfied with service. Thank you. Also very good diagnosis and treatment provided by Dr.Ravindra Mehta and his team.
Visited for executive health check up, it was really good. Staff was very polite and cooperated well.
I got an appointment one day before to meet a Cardiologist, name i dont like to put, on given date i went over Jayanagar Apollo. I reached at sharp 8.30 AM as i have got an appontment at 10.AM. i did all formalities from covid declaration to registration. Since 9.00 AM I was waiting waiting for doctor to come. The doctor did not come the day and no other doctors came. Sadly, around 12.30 PM, I left the hospital in despair and dejected. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. Very Bad Hospital worst than Government Hospital, I am forced to write.
