Cardiology department is really very good, responsive. I would give a full 5 star for cardiology and will give 0 for general and nursing here. General and nursing are pathetic here not good. nurse could not put drips even after 1.5hours. Not satisfied with physician also.
Hospital is very good and the doctor Shanthala treated very well To my wife. She supported alot to my wife and if any emergency and called she responded spontaneously. Very well appreciated doctor and nursing team in the hospital.
I have given 1 star only for a good doctor who treated the patient so well. The hospital management including managing director is money grubbing rat. The insurance guy tried to scam us by not mentioning the base policy amount he received initially while billing and his from us. They will wait until insurance amount is finished, then they will torture the patient relatives that we must pay cash immediately or they will stop treatment. They purposely delayed the billing till mid night and when we requested to shift icu patient to different hospital next morning, they agreed but after bill is paid they started torturing that we must take out the patient immediately. Inhumans!! I would absolutely not recommend this hospital.
Worst experience on discharge of my father in law who is 80 years old...they not even prescribed medicine for patient just because we disagreed for their advice angiogram..and took 6 hours to discharge. there should be respect for patient side also....we need to say yes for everything there...otherwise they treat us like animals... don't want to give any star...
No separate que for Sr citizens at billing. From past many months there is no endocrinologist but big ad for diabetes. Ridiculous. Few consultants never be on time. During consultation they give importance to mobile calls. Never listen to patients g properly. They treat report not patients.
