Rajah Muthiah Institute of Health Sciences was established in the year 1980 with the opening of the Dental College. Thereafter in the second phase of development, the Rajah Muthiah Medical College Hospital (RMMCH) was established in the year 1985.In 1996 RMMC was the location of the murder of Pon Navarasu, a murder which occurred during a ragging incident, and led to the passing of the first anti-ragging legislation in India. In 2010, the Kalaignar Health Insurance Scheme for Life-Saving Treatments at RMMCH was instituted.
when i was study there i went this place one time becasue one of my friend need blood....inside the blood bank area staff behaviour & the way the deal with me was amazing..after donate blood they provide me juice for dring & suggest me to take some rest & do not drive bike at that moment..that was good experiance.
Recently, the hospital has failed to give emergency treatment.... The doctor has not attended the patient for nearly 20 minutes and the CPR machine has stopped working for the patient... They did not have an alternative solution for that!
They need to figure out proper management.
One of the worst hospital.they treating very badly . And environment also not good
