Max Hospital is the best hospital all over Punjab. The staff is so polite to every patient and they never let their patient to wait. They know the value of people's life and their money investing on the treatment. During the corona time period they take care of safety for their patient. The doctors are so dear to very one and treat every person very politely. A very clean and clear place and the restrooms are so good. I went there for my vaccination. It was excellent experience.
Doctors are good and attend every call at any time. Service is satisfactory. All are nice. But my concern is only for hygiene. in my opinion there is shortage of staff or carelessness at washroom area. At my last visit, i found there was no water in tap and seats were also not clean . Tissues were placed openely in the dustbin. Kindly pay the attention towards this area also. And arrange a staff there.
This hospital has no sympathy with patient or their family members. No family member is allowed to be with patient even where patient is about to die. Hospital will advise you to put patient on ventilator even when patient is already left this world. Max hospital only cares to make big bill for patient and can lie that your patient is still alive when patient is not. My Mum died at Max hospital on 1st November 2021. They didn't let anyone close to my mother while she was dying. She may wanted to see someone or talk to someone during her last moment but hospital doesn't care for that. Hospital was forcing my father to sign for ventilator where my father was saying that he can clearly see that his wife is no longer alive. Hospital staff refused to clear bill and issue death certificate pretending they are busy with admissions. I wonder, if this hospital staff treat their loved ones in same manner. If hospital staff and management will make money this way over dead bodies of their loved ones.
