1)Lady staff are very rude ... Especially physiotherapy ( electrotherapy ) girl who is short and fat and the one who named Bhavani ... Very rude towards patients ... Never seen humbleness , they are always judging patients and shouting at them,... ( some patients who come here are not well know about procedure ., Staff don't have patience for these people ,they don't explain process clearly, very rude ,) ., There behaviour is worst . 2) The girl named Bhavani ( 1st floor ) told patient to take off shirt for x- ray ... Patient was standing shirtless for 40 min at the door (and only 3 chairs are available for patients in 1st floor,very difficult, If patient's treatment is in 1st floor,. patient should either sit on floor or stand or shld go down and wait for his name )... Great news is that equipment is not working properly ., Repairing process is started when patients arrived.., if there is no bussiness(patients) that day they wont do repairing ., Patients should wait until the equipment is repaired (it took almost 50 min )Managment should take care of it in the early hours or nights when there are no patients ... It can be emergency sometimes what will be the situation then , will u guys keep patient wait like this ? Pictures are attached below ! Staff are negotiating to work ., They are fed up with x rays scans etc , they are like :- i won't do ,u do x ray i did last one ,I'm not in a mood etc. No care for patients... 3)Very unprofessional , don't know how management recruited staff . WORST EXPERIENCE ! NEED CHANGE ! 👎 Reception staff are okay. PS : Management ., Need explanation for above points ... I need REPLY ! Otherwise I'll file complaint against u as we have rights ! We the people are paying money for treatment ... It's not easy for everyone to take treatment by paying these fees ! U can't take people for granted , please change behaviour of ur staff ... Take a counselling and induction session . Maintain damm PROFESIONALISM !
